Although often thought to be Scottish, James hails from Northern Ireland and has lived and worked in Melbourne for twenty years.

He has been consulting in integrated business re-engineering and change management for almost thirty years. He has been responsible for change management, process redesign and project management in such areas as S&OP, sales forecasting, production planning, distribution, materials management, budgeting/finance planning and strategic planning.

Personable yet direct, James challenges executive teams to think beyond their current situation, and works closely with them in developing improvement journeys for their businesses.

His passion, knowledge and expertise allow him to make a valuable contribution to his customers.
